Alice & Danny had an incredible wedding day at the gorgeous Hazel Gap Barn
After so much hot weather the over the last few weeks they had the best of both worlds, glorious sunshine all day and then rain showers in the evening allowing us to grab some gorgeous rainy twilight photographs.
To start the day I had a run up to Hazel Gap to get some shots around the venue and see Danny adding the finishing touches to their décor.
A few pictures with the drone then it was off to join Alice and her bridal party at her mums lovely home in Mansfield where makeup and hair was getting well underway.
I need to say at this point, Alice’s mum has the best kept gardens in Nottinghamshire, like, Newstead Abbey standard, just amazing!
It was a relaxed and fun morning and by the time the wedding cars arrived everyone looked just amazing, Alice came into the room for her sister and friends to see her in the dress for the first time and they all just lost it, which was really lovely!
An emotional ceremony under candle light in the big red brick barn at Hazel Gap and confetti and then relaxing in the courtyard with the best tasting canapés on earth (I speak from experience!)
We made the most of the sunshine exploring the grounds and even dashed back outside in the late evening to get some twilight pictures under the rain before I left the new Mr and Mrs to party the night away.
